Yoga
Alex has been teaching yoga since 2005 and training yoga teachers since 2007. He has studied Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Forrest, Ashaya, and various forms of vinyasa flow and therapeutic trauma sensitive yoga. He has taught public yoga classes, retreats, workshops, and trainings worldwide. Alex has synthesized an approach to yoga that is fun, invigorating, balancing, and encourages his students to approach yoga as a method of restoring their natural connection to joy.
