I have been practicing and teaching spiritual principles, somatic clearing, human movement, energy healing, and meditation for almost 25 years. In all that time I have worn many hats, from yoga teacher, to meditation teacher, to reiki/energy healing teacher, to intuit, to astrologer. But I have found that whatever techniques I have learned, used, and taught over the years it has always been with one central focus:

To help people to transmute, clear, and heal the old patterns, energy, and energetic interference that is holding them back from living their most authentic and vivacious life.

Once we clear out the old patterns, the legacies, the traumas, the karmas, or just the heavy old feelings, life tends to move much easier. Synchronicities arise more frequently, stuck projects often get underway again, and we feel like we can move more easily towards what we truly desire. Many times, things we have been wanting for a long time just seem to show up!

I have become obsessed with finding techniques and ideas that can give you a missing piece to your healing journey that helps you on your path. I’m a tenacious bloodhound in deciphering the unique code that clears the interference to remembering who you are and what you truly desire. I see what I do as a piece of the puzzle. It’s not the only source of healing or clarity you might need, but it’s often a necessary missing piece. All of my work is complimentary and supportive to any other healing you might be doing, from complimentary care such as acupuncture or herbal work, to traditional western medicine and psychotherapy.

I can offer you a peak down the road in an astrological or psychic reading, or use energy healing to help you to remove old energy that is confusing or distorting your clarity, but your life is yours to live. It is a unique, precious, once-in-eternity-opportunity that you are eminently qualified to decode. It’s just that you, me, all of us need someone to help us with that code once in a while.

Below is my central philosophy behind all my work. I offer these words of what I know to be true about you:

Pure goodness is your essence. It’s your basis. You are made of love that is so pure it has no opposite. You are good, and you are right. There are no hoops to jump through, no tests to undergo, and no worthiness to prove. You’re just a good being made of love. Goodness and love are what you are.
